The stories of three people – heroes of our time – who are trying to change something in St. Petersburg with their music, political actions and scandalous behavior. The city appears to us as an organism with breath, soul and a voice. The film shows the attempt of the protagonists to create this ideal world, everyone with their own vision. An idealization, a utopia, in which the magical city offers resistance to the reality. At night they dream about this ideal world, which is often shattered by the real St. Petersburg.
