From damaged televisions to domestic violence and xenophobic dislikes: Once night has fallen the policeman Rafi is on the way to the neighborhood Kiryat Moshe. The neighborhood contains the largest concentration of Ethiopian immigrants in the country. Rafi emigrated from Ethiopia. He expects more of his career than to work at this stigmatize place in Tel Aviv. In the middle of all this chaos he tried to face the locals in an understanding and humorous way of simplicity.
