Within the large wooded grounds of the pedagogical medical institute La Pépinière, in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais, a dozen eager, frank and spontaneous teenagers with varying physical and mental handicaps engage in a game of staging and cinema. An occasion for experimenting with music, poetry, love and philosophy, the center becomes a stage for confidence and escape – revealing the inner tug of war between the quest for the mundane and the extraordinary.

Biographies
Ombline LEY is a visual artist and director born in 1988. She lives and works in Paris. After completing a technical training in editing, she studied theory of cinematography at the University of Sorbonne-Nouvelle then enters the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs of Paris, specialising in film and photography, from where she graduated in 2014. In 2015, her first short film CAVERNICOLE was awarded best documentary at the 13e Bogota short film festival.
Caroline CAPELLE is a photographer and director. Born in 1988 in Calais. She lives and works in Paris. She followed modern medias course in the University Paris 8, afterwards she attended the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs of Paris, resulting in her graduation in june 2014.
Since 2012 Caroline Capelle and Ombline Ley are co-programmer for the video cycle Les Séances# (Collectif Nou).
